Tintle is a daily reflection application for iOS that helps you capture and reflect on your days through a visual "year in pixels" approach. The App stores your data locally on your device. Some features may require an active internet connection, such as subscription validation and crash reporting.
All data you create in Tintle is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to your entries, activities, or personal settings. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your device. If you delete the App, your data will be permanently lost.

All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement.
You agree to use Tintle for its intended purpose as a personal daily reflection tool. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, or use it in any way that violates applicable laws.
The App, including its design, code, graphics, icons, and content, is our intellectual property and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Tintle is a daily reflection tool, not a medical device or health service. The App may reference scientific research related to rituals and wellness, but this is for educational purposes only and does not constitute medical, psychological, or health advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for health-related decisions.
We strive to keep Tintle available and up-to-date, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part of it at any time. We may release updates that you will need to install to continue using the App.
Tintle is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data loss will not occur. You use the App at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland and applicable European Union regulations.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
